Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a fee to list my property on the website?
No. Listings are free of charge; however, terms and conditions apply and must be agreed upon by the seller.
What are the costs in preparing illustrative floor plans?
There are no costs. We handle all floor plan creation free of charge.
How long does it take before my listing is online?
It depends on how quickly the underlease and required documentation are submitted. If floorplans and access to the property are readily available, the process is faster. Site visits and measuring may add time
Do you provide advice on the recommended sale price?
The Gibraltar Address does not directly provide pricing advice. However, our partnered agents can provide sellers on setting a guide price based on market trends.
What sort of information do I need to provide?
Primarily, legal proof of ownership such as the deed of assignment. Details like property size (m²) will be extracted from this document. Additional items like included furnishings or special features should be confirmed by the seller.
Who conducts the house viewings?
All viewings are carried out by licensed and experienced partner estate agents familiar with each property.
What is the minimum duration of a property listing?
Listings remain on the website for a minimum of 3 months, unless sold earlier and proven with documentation. Extensions beyond the 3-month period are free and do not require a new agreement.
What makes The Gibraltar Address different from other portals?
We handle every listing ourselves, ensuring all listings meet a high and uniform quality standard, complete with photos, floorplans, and up-to-date information. No third-party uploads allowed.
Can buyers trust the information in the listings?
Yes. All listings are verified, researched, and approved before being published. We guarantee clarity and consistency across every listing.
Do you accept listings from outside Gibraltar?
Currently, we focus on Gibraltar. However, expansion to Spain and nearby regions is planned in future phases.
